HA! OMG, I LOVE this! Love it, love it, love it! Best claymation ever!

Um, remember me? Liz? I used to be on this thread every five seconds? But then I had this massive attack of a social life this weekend and it swallowed me whole? Yeah. Well, I'll be back. And reply to you all! Swear!

Okay, here goes....

Kat, Steph, Val, Aimee...happy Thanksgiving!

Erika - The quilt is fing amazing. HOMG. Like, off the hook. She is a rockstar, your kid.

Paula - get packing. I'll see you in a few days! woot!

Lyz - workout girl! Nice!!!

Amy - Can't wait to hear your report! I know you did AWESOME!

So sorry to have missed Nancy before her trip!

Me, it's been crazy here. Party central. Tracked on Thanksgiving, exercised on Thanksgiving, Friday and Saturday. But, have not been tracking for two days. Lots of friends here, a friend came to visit, my Bff' brothers were in town (we grew up together, they are like MY brothers, too) my high school friend whose sister lives across the street was here, so she was running over every day. Big thing at my house on Friday night, then shopping all day yesterday, then all of us went out on Saturday, minus kids. Lots of pictures, I swear to upload them.

But I'm tired. And feeling the weight gain of party central. So tomorrow it is the gym and onward! Today I'm just resting.

Hey Ladies...

Just wanted to check in quick and let you know I totally rocked the 1/2!!:cool1: :woohoo: Did my intervals the entire way and met my goal and finished in under 3 hours (2:40 something), even with running into the wind the last 6.5 miles!! It couldn't have gone much better. After mile 10, it was way more of a mental challenge than anything else.

The FULL marathon winner came in 10 minutes BEFORE me!!:scared1: :scared1: Other than being freakin' exhausted, I feel ok. At least for now. I felt worse after the 13K TOT run.

Thanks so much for all of your thoughts! They definitely helped!! :goodvibes

I'm still kind of mentally processing what I did today, so I will be back tomorrow with a report.

 to all...

Cheers,Amy

Hi ya pals! I awaken the thread, 2 days in a row!!! E - you must be tree trimming exhausted.

So, it's yet again Monday. Big week. Lots of you on trips, getting ready to leave or planning. Exciting! Exciting! Will weight loss efforts take a back seat? Hmmmm?

I signed up for the 25 Days of Christmas Exercise Challenge. 25 minutes of exercise per day. Doing whatever. Walking, yoga, running, spin...whatever gets your badonkadonk heated up for 25. That's doable. And it will count toward Liz's 3 per.

Off to walk on the dreadmill.

Look at you...all feisty and full of it this morning! :rotfl2:

I have to head up to campus later this morning, so I am trying get through e-mails now, then head out for my run, and then hit the road. I hate going up to campus and I have to do it 3x this week. Including a MAJOR meeting on Friday morning. Like I am going to be able to focus on THAT day!

AMy What a great Job !

I will post pictures of holiday stuff I just put up my winter Village! I am so excited because I could space it out over three hutches this year do to the fact that my dining room is larger and I have the third hutch in there! Once I replace all the bulbs that seemed to have burned out I will snap so pictures and Steph is supposed to put up the new twinkle icicle lights today! Not doing the whole house in them just the front of the house!

I am off to the doctors once again with zac for those darn planters warts. Poor kid hasn't walked on that foot all weekend long! It looks puffy and infected. Not great thing for a diabetic is to have an infection in his foot!

Oh have a hang over for some reason only had 1 glass of wine but it hit hard?:confused3 :confused3 ... Could be sinuses too!

WW tonight! I think I maintained this week so that is a plus now since I am not going on the trip with you guys I have to push myself into loosing weight and know there isn't any excuses!
Off to the school!

OK - so I think I have everything packed... just need to pack my carryon bag and put my makeup bag in the suitcase tomorrow and I am ready to go.... Of course this all is based on the idea that I finish everything at work that I need to finish... way too many reports to finish, minutes to type up and then there is the 6" high stack of filing to do... ugh... I don't know what is worse, the day before a vacation or the first day back....

I'm sure I will check in here before I head for bed tonight, but in the event that I don't, have a great week everyone and I'll catch up with you all when I get back....

Paula

Steph - good luck with Zac's foot.... I had a friend who had a plantars wart and that was just plain gross and generally yucky... Hope it gets cleared up soon...

E - Stay focused at the big meeting on Friday... I'll be thinking of you while I am on the TOT....:rotfl:

Paula have a great trip! I am so envious of you and well I guess all of you who are going! It doesn't see that is almost a year has passed since I was there!

Zac's foot is NOT infected which is a good thing! Doc had to scrape and freeze it again! He is hopeful this will be the last time. I guess he has several warts that are just bunched together!

Hey all,

I"ve rented it. :sad2:

Cried. Yes, I cried. :lmao: ;)

Anyway, it's a lovely thing. It's a family. They're Canadian so I don't have to deal with exchanging any money. They are surprisiing their children. She wanted BW originally and couldn't find anything at WDW for their period. And she had the flights booked and was staying offsite. So she's thrilled. That's the lovely part of it which does give me a smile. To think of their faces when they realize that NYE fireworks can be seen right from their unit. That's really nice. A kind of once in a lifetime family vacation to be BW view.

And I'm so flippin' pleased with myself for asking what I thought it was worth. I offered her Cdn money because she was so nice and sweet and I was so pleased to get a family in there. She didn't ask. But I wanted them for so many reasons. Revellers would make me nervous being responsible for any damages as the owner.

I looked up BW for next year same days. $2950. $510/night. And I think it was pool view. And people were shocked at me. I know hotel and DVC are not the same with maid service and such. And you can cancel with WDW. So absolutely shouldn't be equal. But really - people are giving points away on there. A lot of times people can get a DVC studio for the price of a Value.

I'm really proud of myself. One for being responsible and not going. And mostly because the person (me) who asked for what it was worth, in my head, is a person I'm not familiar with at all. She's new. And I kind of like her. A lot of new me this year.

Did I mention I received a 40% code for most of next year at the Values. :lmao: :rotfl: On a year when I'm struggling. Life is so funny

Paula - have a great time.

Steph - hope things go well. And I would love to see your village.
