In room surprises

Does anyone have any experience with Aulani's in-room surprises?
The web site indicates that they can deliver treats, cakes, etc to celebrate something special.

We had the truffles, and a different cheese plate they offered before in two rooms. We enjoyed everything we had. If you want it at a specific time, they were really good at handling that.

At Vero and Bay Lake they came to our room to give my son his birthday card. I would think it would be similar. We will be there celebrating a birthday. I definitely need to get a cake or I can get it from Costco lol
