In room celebrations

Has anyone done in room celebrations?
I do not have a specific celebration, but we are going with a group of 14 and it will be the first time for all, except our family of three, to stay on site. We have a three bedroom suite at DLH booked and I wanted to do like a welcome gift.

Has anyone used the in room celebrations and liked it? or is there something i can call ahead and have each room have something special?

I did this for a family trip this year (most of the group had never been). I ordered a "build your own" Mickey tote with a bunch of candy and snacks and traditional ears with everyone's name on them. It was pricey but I thought it was worth it to start the trip out that way (and we probably would have bought all that kind of stuff anyway especially the ears)... but they have tons of options of "pre-built" celebrations or "build your own".

We’ve done the dlh 3 bdrm with celebrations and the gifts were all centered in the living rm area with name tags on the individual gifts. It was a great welcome to disneyland

Yes, but will you know who is in what room? It is generally easier to have them left in the living area with names.

We did a hamper from Disney floral and gifts, we got embroidered ears, autograph books and snacks for everyone. It was excellent.

We are going for Christmas but do not see any packages now only Halloween. Do you remember what the package was or what other Christmas packages or celebrations they offered?

Yes, but will you know who is in what room? It is generally easier to have them left in the living area with names.

I guess your right. I wont. Living room will work just fine then.

Christmas will show up early November.

Anyone have pics of their room haul? The official pics don't seem so special to me for the price. I've considered the in-room celebration every trip I've taken, but haven't done it.

Got a decorated mini Christmas tree one year. Glad we drove so I could take it home.
