The concierge has a list of outside vendors they like and will give it to you. As Malcon10T said, they don't even put it in your room, you just have it delivered.
My Aunty owns B.Candy http://bcandy.com/ and they do deliveries to Disney properties.
My favorite "secret" celebration is having Mickey Rice Krispies/Cookies and chocolate covered strawberries delivered from Room service for $3-$5/each and a birthday note and pin. You can have it waiting in the room (as long as there is no DND sign on the door) when you arrive or the next day while you're in the parks.
Oh wow what a FANTASTIC idea!! I live in Napa Valley, maybe I'll bring a bottle of champagne with me.
Splurged one year and bought the Christmas tree from Disney for our room. Was really worth the extra money IMO. Walking into the room to see a lit tree with 5 plushes, Mickey ear topper (with out last name on it), and edible decorations was pretty cool. They also left a box with prepaid postage to our address so we did not need to lug it home. If they still offer that, I would totally think about it.
I am going in December, this is a great idea too! This trip has been SOOOO LONG OVER DUE. I sort of want to spoil myself and now that I've finally met a wonderful man, I'd like to surprise him too.
