In-Person Planning Session Preparations

So I have searched the boards the past few days with no luck...

To those that have had an in-person planning session:
1. Do you have a trip report about your planning session you can link me to?
2. Other than planning floral, photography and trying food, what else did you do? We have a friend doing the photos, and I am just bringing my bouquet and some small table decor pieces - so no floral or photo planning necessary...What else will be be talking about for four hours? lol
3. What types of things did you plan at that time...everything? timing of the day? entertainment, etc.? I just don't know what to be ready to talk about...
4. Any advice?

Yes you do plan the timeline of the day. You don't really need to have any questions prepared, they know everything to ask/tell you. If you still have questions then they will answer them.

Well in that case I would say that you prolly won't need the full 4 hours. They'll go over the day from start to finish, so you'll just need to sit there answering questions. And if you forget to ask something or more questions arise later, that's OK too!
