In need of recipes and ideas for Open House

Glad to hear everything went well!! I cook for a small army too

Besides myself, DH and DD we have on any given night my nephew and 3 friends that are the big football-player types!
I find myself usually cooking way too much...I try to tell myself if I run out of food, well just be flattered that everyone liked it enough to eat it all, but I just can't stand the thought of running out so my freezer is full of leftovers!

I'm always worried I will run out, and figure it is better to have too much than not enough. I am thrilled I won't have to bake for my company now.
