i was busy again hammering the forums and putting together my fact file to prepare me for when we book our holiday next month when my brother phoned me to tell me he has a tumor

i had been so pre occupied with disney magic and volcanic ash i think it hit me harder than it would have done

he is only 30 he first found the lump 3 months ago the week before my wedding but as he was best man he didnt want to worry us
the worst thing is he lives in wakefield and i am down near brighton and he is going in tomorrow for more tests and then possibly surgery

im just asking all you hardcore disboard addicts for some pixie dust to be sent to him as well as towards our much despised friend the ash cloud !!

Oh my.

To give you a positive perspective I'll let you know that my DH had cancer at the age of 32 was treated quickly (operation and radiotherapy over the course of 3 months - followed by regular checks for 5 years) and now 16 years later is as fit as a fiddle - I hope it's a straightforward for your brother.
