Well it's official now! Didn't want to jinx it but he got the offer and has accepted so he'll be starting on the 16th.

It's 36 hours so he'll have every other Friday off which will be great, and he's looking forward to it. Also they are very keen and have basically said that if all goes well he will be promoted next year to a senior position. Not that that says anything in today's climate but it's nice to know that they see potential

So finally things will get back to a bit of normality round here
