I thought moving 6 mos before my trip was bad I can't imagine trying to get ready and move at the same time! I am not sure what tips you are looking for or what you already have planned, but here are some tips I suggest.
Pack as much as possible for Disney prior to you move as possible, clothes, essentials, travel info etc. If you can have your suitcases packed do it. You aren't going to feel like doing anything once you move. Otherwise you will end up like me racking your brain and panicing that you lost everything in the move. And then taking everything out of every single box you have and going through everything like 50 times because you still can't find it because it ends up being in the box that you know you didn't put it in. If you can't pack suitcases and stuffget a box any clearly mark it Disney stuff and put all your Disney stuff in it. Make some one responsible for it-they need to know where it was packed and where it was put in your new house etc.
Like I said I don't know how far along you are in planning, but if you are just being go to allearsnet.com and the disney webpage and get the hours and times of the parades and extra magic hours. My DH and decided to stay away from as many of the extra magic hours as possible. We have done them before we just didn't want to do them this time. Decide where you want to eat if you are on the DPP many websites list the places that accept the plan. I know everything is going to get very hectic trying to pack and then move and unpack, but I would set one evening aside and make all the decisions you need to with whom ever is going with you. Then at least you are done with the planning. I am very OCD at times and put everything on index cards. I listed the date what park, park hours, what we wanted to do, where we were eating ressie numbers and anything else of importance on them. (This is what I was missing when we moved. It has everything on them. I would have been lost) This is all we are taking into the park plus it's easy to move.
Oh make sure you change your address with whom ever you purchased your trip from. We forgot until we paid off our trip and went oops. It ended up being no big deal but it could have been.
