In AYOAMD, if you could choose one thing, what would it be?!?!

I had to pose this question to my fellow disbrides (those that have had their wedding and those that have not yet).

If you were given the chance to have any one thing at your DFTW (at no charge), what would it be?

It can be big or small, extravegant or simple . . . maybe something that wasn't even an opiton/in the wishbook.

Just wanted to have a bit of fun!

I would choose my Grandpa that died. That I was extremely close to. Or a fun one would be Orlando Bloom. I met him while he was filming Elizabethtown. He was really sweet.

Yeah, they filmed the movie in the town I lived it. Was fun.

Oh I know something else. If Disney did fireworks after the wedding that had our names in them.

Oh can it be at Pirates of the Caribbean with Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom? The reception in the entrance of the ride. Oh that would be a dream!

That would be so much fun!

If we could do anything it would be to have the entire Frontierland & castle area- we could have a pre-wedding ceremony reception at Tom Sawyers Island, have our VR at the Castle, cocktail reception at the Haunted Mansion (we would take pictures of guests putting their heads in the stocks), & dinner at CRT (tables brought in and a fun menu), dancing in the courtyard, and an after-party at either the 'ol Gorden Horseshoe or the Adventurers Club at PI!


Ok, maybe this is more than one thing . . . I will have my one thing later, too many ideas to pick from!

You are so creative, it would be like having your own personel amazing craft store to come up with even more wonderful things. Do you think we should pitch this idea to the people at the Disney Casting Center?

I would love to have a buyout of either Adventureland, Frontierland, and Liberty Square in MK or Sunset Blvd in the studios. I would want to have the run of the park for the night riding the rides as many times as I like.

its like you were reading my mind...but add to it being treated like a famous star with all the lush treaments, like jewelry, hair, makeup, famous designer, designer shoes, photos,,,,heck the works!!

OK, my frivolous dream thing would be a ceremony in the Court d'Angels in Disneyland's New Orleans Square with a reception at the Blue Bayou.

And my serious one thing to have at my wedding would be my mom.

Well, it isn't too much of a stretch, but I would have loved to have had our reception at AAR and then the Dessert Party at Italy, but we can't afford a guest list of more than 100!

I think if we had unlimited funds we would also do incredible table upgrades and twinkle lights every where....
