In and Out characters NOT meeting at DHS?

Apparently anyone invited to the In and Out event for Disney Parks Blog has been informed they will be meeting Sadness and Joy at the event, but the characters will not have a meet and greet spot in any of the parks. My question is, why did they remove the Incredibles then? It seemed like a logical fit to have a multiple character M&G in a spot that has already accommodated one.

How do you know they won't ever meet?
