Impressions of BWV and SSR

Hi Great review you have made me so homesick for the SSR..

Could you tell me what time they let you check in ? We will also be there quite early and think we will probably have to leave our luggage with bell services and go back later. If you could let me know I would appreciate it

Glad to be of help! I believe it was about 1pm when we checked in, maybe slightly before, like 12:45ish. It was a Wednesday, which may have helped. When we were leaving on Sunday, people were waiting at 3pm for rooms, and had been there awhile.

My pictures must be deceiving (now I've gotta go look!). The kitchenettes were about he same size, just different color and style. They had the same equipment as well.

ETA: Ok, I went and looked at the pics - I see what you mean - I think the white makes the BWV one look bigger, and the darker colors - esp. the dark countertop make the SSR one look smaller. The sink placement also adds to the deception. But in reality, each has llower cupboard/counter space that's about 1 1/2 times the width of the fridge. The BWV one might be 6 inches or so wider, but I didn't notice it at the time.

I was so glad to read your trip report. Our home resort is SSR but we have yet to stay there. We usually stay at bwv because we have friends whose home resort is there and we usually go to WDW with them. Seeing your pictures makes me want to stay at SSR, it looked lovely.
