IMPORTANT INFO for DISmembers travelling to Disneyland from 9-1 to 9-3

Sunday, Sept. 2 – The Family Fun Run 5K will venture through
Disneyland® Park and Disney’s California Adventure® Park at
0700. Disney’s California Adventure® Park will require a delayed
opening.
Monday, Sept. 3 – Heavy road closures around the Resort until
approx. 0800. Mickey & Friends, Simba, Zazu and Timon parking
lots will be impacted. Lilo lot will house the Family Reunion Area.
The final mile of the route includes Downtown Disney® District
with potential noise impacts for both Disney’s Grand Californian
Hotel® & Spa and the Disneyland® Hotel.

I'm volunteering thankfully inside the ballroom sunday, they said they expect25,000 people to pass through the health expo on Monday, only about 15,000 on Sunday. .. With this heat, i'd imagine it will be miserable outside so FYI all the expo inside the DLH is free to the public! so if you want to cool off, go check it out. . .

And add to the crowds that it will be very, very hot. All weekend. DD was dying yesterday out in the sun for eight hours. Bring lots of water and take it easy. Everyone going - have a great time!
