Important Dates BEFORE trip?

My family and I are the kind of people that like to plan things as far in advance as possible so we don't have to worry about it later.

What are some of the important dates we should know about before our trip? (We are going on a Disney Cruise, but will be spending the night before and the night after the cruise at a WDW resort)

I know some things are like 3 months before that date, or 150 days before, or 6 months before, or something like that. But I don't know the exact numbers (And we would like to put them on our calendar so we don't forget).

So.... How far in advance can we:

- Book a room?
- Book plane tickets?
- Make dinner reservations? (At one of the resort restaurants- we won't able to do the parks this time )
- Find out when the bus can take us from WDW to Port Canaveral?
- Bike rentals or anything like that at the resort?

Anything else you might think is important that I missed!

-Currently you can book online through the end of 2017. If you call you can book a room-only reservation in 2018, but the pricing isn't guaranteed yet.
-Plane tickets depends on the airlines. They all release schedules at different times.
-ADRs are 180 days from your check-in date
-Sorry not sure about the bus to Port Canaveral
-Don't think you really need to plan ahead for bike rentals etc. If you go to the thread for the hotel you're staying out, someone usually posts the resort guides for the upcoming month.

The best prices for flights are usually around two months in advance.

Room - 499 days for room only. If official rates are not released yet, then the rate quoted is the highest rate of the current year.

PC transport - The day before your transport, they will leave a notice on your door with instructions and the time for pickup. I want to say this is usually late morning, early afternoon departure from the resorts.
