are the lines increasing and wait times for old attractions being impacted?

we have visited dhs just before closing in august previously- and some areas were deserted-it was fab!

any chance of this happening again?

Great thread. I was wondering the same thing. Maybe some of the attractions empty out during the Frozen goings-on just like the impact of the parades?

I have the same concern OP....I almost wish all of this Frozen stuff was in the Fantasmic theater..away from all else..or at Blizzard Beach lol :rotfl2:

During the 11am parade, TSMM lines were down to 45-50 minutes, posted, but the wait appeared MUCH less because the line wasn't even in the room next to the outside door. (We fp+ and noticed it looked very short compared to other times when the line was longer but the posted wait time wasn't much longer)

TSMM and attractions on Mickey Avenue do close at 8:00 due to the Frozen fireworks - that area is the main fall-out area for firework shells. If you are in the queue at 8:00, you'll be able to ride... they just need all guests out of the area before the 9:45 fireworks.

It's been reported that GMR will also be closing early due to the fireworks.

When we were at DHS on July 5th and 6th, we did not ride any attractions. We were soley there for the Frozen festivities.

The only line that surprised me at it's length was the Great Movie Ride. Maybe because it was moved to tier 1 it was so long?

On Saturday, July 5, TSM had a shorter line at 9:30am than Oaken's

On Sunday, July 6, TSM had a good sized line, but not too bad.

Imho, I think the Frozen events are taking away from the lines and re-distributing people.
