Imagination Library- Free books for children under age 5

I'm not sure if anyone is aware or belongs to this program, but Dolly Parton sponsors the Imagination Library where children (up until their fifth birthday) receive a nice, hardback book once a month absolutely free in participating states/counties. This is for anyone, and I know that they have a Canadian link and are working on a UK link as well (should be up soon). I belong to this for my little girl and she loves her books! I belong to a local mom's group, and unfortunately one of the counties is in the program while the other is not, so depending on where you live, you may not be able to sign up (they depend on local groups to help with the books). we have this program in my town, it is pretty cool. the book comes addressed to DS, and most of them have been pretty good.

My DD is a member of this program. About once a month she receives a very nice hard cover book. They are always fun books to read to her and she gets so excited when one comes in the mail!
