I'm the aunt, not the mom so I need your help!

I would agree with the others. Try potty often, but sometimes emergencies happen. I would willing let a little one back in line.

A few tips on the toilets:
We have a small travel potty seat that we take with us. This converts most adult seats to a smaller seat. You can get them at toys'r'us.
We take post it notes to put over the auto flush.
We also tell her it's time to try potty. And everyone tries. Sometimes, nothing is produced, but we tell her all that counts is that she tries. And we don't move on to the next event till she does try.

Have a great time in Disney with little ones! I think watching little ones in Disney is the best!

MickeyNicki - I think it's wonderful that you and your DH are taking your two neices to WDW. I agree with most of the other posters, and our family of 4 (kids are now 10 and 13) STILL goes on a schedule. We've never yet had to leave a line or duck out of an attraction. However, having said that, sometimes the child who couldn't do anything 10 minutes ago is now desperate, and most people get that. I do have a few more points to add.

1) I believe that Disney's policy is that there should be as many people left holding your place in line as there are people leaving the line. That way, you and the younger DN would be able to leave while the other two people stay in line. In some lines, though, it would be really awkward to get back in, so you might have to play it by ear.

2) At 4, DD was TERRIFIED of the self-flushing toilets, and even at 10 she's still not a fan. On our first trip we covered the red light with a bandaid each time. Since then, like CRL, we've always used small post-it notes (about 1 1/2" x 1"), which are much easier to use and remove. I found it awkward to be stuffed into a small cubicle, trying to lean over to cover the light with my hand (sometimes for a LONG time, if you get my drift) while wearing a backpack and trying to prevent my nervous DD from falling into the toilet. The bandaids or post-it notes work really well!

Have a great trip!
