I'm thankful for...MICKEY!!! My Thanksgiving '08 TR!: TR Update, Last Day!

I'll be on the lookout for a Disneyland report from you soon! ;)

I'm thinking of taking my daughter next year to either Disneyland or on a Disney Cruise. We did the cruise last year so I am kind of leaning towards DL if I can swing it. :)

Do I smell a Phoenix Dis meet?

This may be a dumb question, but is the Kierland Westin at Kierland Commons? I love that place!

I just need to find someone to drag with me to DL and the most fabulous photoshoot in history will commence!

We can eat at Sweet Tomatoes!!!!!!!!!

Yes right next door to the Commons....we ate at this place called North at the Commons...mmmmmmmmmmmmm...

Speaking of Sweet Tomatoes, I just received a thank you card from a friend yesterday. And in the thank you card was a Sweet T gift card! :woohoo:

Too bad that will be gone by August!

Is there a Disney store at Kierland Commons? Probably not. There's one at the Scottsdale Fashion Square, though!

What are the dates of your trip? Probably the dates I'll be in San Diego.

Who would turn down DL?

You'll definitely find someone.

What's a Sweet Tomatoes??

Sweet Tomatoes is a upscale soup/salad buffet restaurant....All made from scratch......I worked for them for 12 years. It's called souplantation in California......

You'd be surprised at all the people who've turned down DL! I'm going to have to resort to begging!

Sweet Tomatoes is delicious! It's pretty much a salad bar/buffet place with fabulous soups and incredible desserts. Jordan used to work there. And it's my favorite place to eat.

What's with some people? They don't know what they're missing!

I want to try this Sweet Tomatoes. Hmm where can I find one?

Uh oh. My birthday is the 24th. And we're going to SD for my birthday. We'll have to chat about this again when DH and I decide on our SD dates!

I will start thinking of innovative poses now!

Some places to eat in San Diego:

Breakfast: Hash House A Go-Go--near Hillcrest

locals eat at DZ Akins near San Diego State University.

Remember Sweet Tomatoes is called Souplantation. There are several of them in the greater San Diego area. The closest ones to Downtown are Mission Gorge and Pt Loma.....

Mexican: Old Town Mexican Cafe--cheap, good. Zocalo Grille in Old Town--pricey, upscale mexican. El Indio--walk up near Old Town and the airport.

Our layover on our way to Greece is in Atlanta...maybe I can sneak out to Sweet Tomatoes! :lmao:

DIS Meet at Hartsfield!!!!

How long is your layover?

Thank you! You're living up to your TourGuideJordan name!

I can be a tour guide for Phoenix. In August, that would be easy. It would entail telling you which pool to stay in all day long! :rotfl:
