I know this has been asked before and I tried the search feature, but it didn't give me what I was looking for. I have the form to prepay for my room, but I feel a little uneasy faxing it over to accounting with all my credit/debit card info. I remember a poster here giving a direct phone number to a woman in the accounting department. I think her name in accounting was Yolanda, but I can't find that thread. If anyone knows her direct number, please post it.
Since I'm creating this new thread, I might as well ask few more questions to those who have done the prepayment before.
Will the money be taken out right away and my balance be zero at the time of check in? Or will it be held in some form of waiting mode until I check out? I don't want another huge amount put on my credit/debit card and over draw my account. I just want to have all my vacation paid for in advance and the less hassle, the better.
FYI, I plan on doing no charging to the room what so ever and will be paying cash for just about everything. When I stayed at the PBH two years ago, I declined charging privileges, but didn't prepay back then. Any help by you fine folks here on this board would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
