I'm listening to a CD of Tapestry of Dreams (thanks to my DH's new boss) and I am sooooo sad. HOW could they take my FAVORITE parade away? HOW???

Tapestry of Dreams... Hundred Years Bars (aka Goofy Bars)... STOP TAKING THESE AMAZING THINGS AWAY! please.

I miss the Old Tiki Room Show, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and especially Mr. Toad.

I miss the 20,000 Leagues also. I rode it in 1984 and I loved it. A guy I work with used to work at WDW (back in the 80's). He said that was such a good ride, so many people loved it. He can't figure out why it ended.

Tapestry, big time. This trip I am still on is the first where I have not heard it multiple times while here. It is a wonderful memory.

I am very sad that ToD will be gone for my trip in Feb - I loved this parade!!!!!

I know there is magic everywhere at WDW but at the ToD parade it was tangible.....you were completely immersed in it.

Tapestry of (whatever) was the nighttime parade in Epcot before the fireworks show(Illuminations) with the 20ft tall puppets and drummer floats. I too will miss it terribly.

I miss Tapestry, Horizons, the Sky Buckets, and the OLD Tiki Room.

I'll miss Carousel of Progress when they finally take it off line (almost there now as it is hardly ever open) and Timekeeper as well.

I really felt that something was different when I was wandering around WS recently. It felt strange not to be waiting for the Tapestry parade to start, nor see them laying down the tape and setting up the ropes.

I really miss 20,000 Leagues too. I remember taking Dan on it on our first trip to WDW.

Don't remind me....we had such a great time this last trip watching TOD five times in four days....my kids LOVE the music and the little one LOVES the puppets shaking her hand and dancing infront of her.

I was listening to this today as well... I am so sad to know it is gone I also miss Horizons, World of Motion, Mr. Toad & the Skyway. The Swan boats were pretty too

Yes, ToD going away is bad. I remember the Electric Light Parade (many, many childhood memories tied to that one). Also, whenever my friends and I used to go hang at Disney (I grew up in Kissimmee), we used to eat at the Tomorrowland Terrace and wait for Michael Iceberg to come rising up out of the floor on stage.

The Sky Buckets were, by far, the best place to take a date - about 15 minutes of uninterrupted making out there.

Now, when we move back in a year, my kids will have their own stories of hanging out at Disney, and I can't wait!!!
