I'm sad... My dog finally went to a better place.

My 14yr old "puppy" finally went to a better place. I had to leave for an international trip and got a call just after I arrived that she'd had a stroke. I just couldn't let her suffer till I got home so I had to make the call to have her put down and couldn't say good bye. I miss her already
