I bought seeds and new pots and I see grass surrounded by big piles of snow.

The sun is out, the birds are singing.

I really want to get out and rake, pick up sticks, clean out the gardens that didnt get done, cut down my ornamental grass.

I'm ready for spring, too bad the temps are in the lower 20's today.

I still might get out there and do something...in my snowsuit and mittens and boots.

Anyone else itchin' to get out there?

The weather here is nice to do things all year around, but I'm waiting for more flower bulbs to come into our stores. I also want to plant some new things this spring. I can't wait for Easter.

I am so longing for spring. I cannot stand the cold and the clouds and the rain and freezing rain and snow any longer! I want to walk in the sun and play outside with my ds and drive with the windows down and hear the birds singing early in the morning. sigh...soon very soon. I hope.

Oh, for sure...February is the cruelest month for those of us in New England. It's snowing again, after a week of such sublime weather! It's just around this time of year that my neighbors realize the extent of my insanity. Just last week, I gathered a crowd of onlookers whilst I raked at a snowbank in my front yard (dispersing wood ashes on my peonies and asparagus, but how were they to know?). It's only a matter of time before they call the nice young white jacketed men with the butterfly nets...again.

hmm probably not a good time to mention bright sunshine, partly cloudy skies and 77 degrees then huh:) its abeuatiful day here, and am itching to get out tooo, but the yards so wet and nasty i cant:)

Snow here...again.

Did I mention I have had one crocus bloom? Gives me hope.

Snow last night. Today it's mushy and messy.:umbrella: Saw some bulbs popping up on Sunday.

Can't wait for spring!

Not as ready as Vanessa but I could pull it together very quickly to do some planting.

Ok FroggyinArk, share some of that sunshine and warm weather will ya? I'll deal with the mud just to have warm temps.
