*shrugs* Its just makeup. Newspaper photos arent clear enough to be able to see makeup on them anyway.

This one's in full colour, a head to hip close up, showing off my stringy wet hair and the most stupid grin you've ever seen in your life. I still haven't admitted to DH that I'm in the newspaper! Unfortunately my name is below the pic, so someone is bound to say it.

By the way, jfulcer, it's the Irish Independent, not the Times. You have to register but it's free. However, if you want to see my photo, you'll have to find a hard copy of the newspaper, it's not in the online version. Thank goodness for that, I'd have to jump off the nearest bridge if I thought that photo was on the internet!

DD was invited to a birthday party at the local waterpark yesterday. All the kids and their parents were at the picnic tables waiting on our lunch when a man approached us and asked us if we'd allow our kiddos to be in a local commercial. Who can say no to 10 pairs of adorable eyes, so a few minutes later we're all being filmed for a clean air commercial. No makeup is bad, but we were all with no makeup and in bathing suits. Oh, the horror!

My roommate and I decided to patricipate in the yearly Halloween pumpkin carving contest one year. The contest started right after gym class. Wouldn't you know it, we had to run up a huge hill, and I didn't have time to shower. So guess who's picture ended up in the school newspaper the next day? Mine! I have huge sweat stains under my arms. 25,000 people thought I forgot my deodorant that day.

That is kinda funny my Dw had something similar happen in May the day we were leaving to go to WDW she took the kids to a local park and there was a newspaper reporter there with his photographer. They were doing a story on the new parking meters in the parkinglot at the park so she had her pic taken with all 3 kids and it was a half of the page that the story was on. needless to say we had many phone messages waiting for us when we returned home because of it. AMind you my wife doesn't do makeup so it was no big deal for her she just didn't want to have her pic plastered all over the newspaper LOL.

I used to never leave the house without getting "done up". Now, I don't care so much, but I would be horrified if they put a "natural" photo of me in a newspaper.

Reminds me of something that happened to my brother recently. He had just "quit smoking" or so everyone thought when the news was doing a story on smoking at the workplace and there he was puffing away outside of his office building on the 6:00 news!
