I'm kind of new...but not really

I joined in march...so i've been here for 2 months. But i still don't understand a bunch of stuff on here. I don't know what it means when people say BUMP...and the whole tag fairy thing...i don't get that either...where are they? The tag fairies...

and if you say the community board where is that?

I am a newbie also but I can answer most of your questions.

1. If someone posts "Bumping" to a thread it will bring that thread to the beginning of the forum so more people will see it.

2. I don't know who the tag fairies are BUT, whoever they are, they surf the boards and when they read something that catches their eye they put it near your name for when you post. Most of the "tags" that I have seen are kind of funny.

3. The Community Board can be found here:

http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=33

You get to it from the DISboards home page. Go to the home page and then scroll down through the forums. There is a section called "Just for Fun" the Community Board is the first sub-forum in the "Just for Fun" section.
