Just called member services today and found out my points are in the system. I hated to bother them with the worries that they have, but I had to know. Thankfully I got right through and it was a quick call. They said I could pick up a temporary membership card at SS in 2 1/2 weeks when I'm there(if I haven't received my permanent card before then).
