What's even better is it's a Yamaha! My son had a Zuma and it was a nice ride, but he sold it and bought a Suzuki Samurai. Be safe and keep the rubber on the road!

i had a suzuki samari, it was a 1988. i really liked it until i flipped it on it's side on the freeway. then the next winter when i was on the freeway and i felt the body lift from the wind and i was on snow, i made the decission i needed to sell it. just didn't feel safe in it anymore.

Never drink kungaloosh in the middle of the day. I got my oriental warriors mixed up. He had a Kawasaki Ninja 250 motorcycle. Oops.

The number 2 most often asked question re. scooters - "What kind of gas mileage do you get?"

And the Number 1 most frequently asked question........

"How fast does it go?"

Hey Cheryl - Prima makes a seat cover for scooters that reflects the sun and keeps your seat from getting hot when you have to park in the sun. I recently got one for my scooter and it works great.

Weren't there any Yammy dealers closer to you than Toledo?

Also, if you don't like the cyclops look the Zuma has with the headlight arrangement, my son rewired his so both lights came on with low beam and high beam.

jeff wants to re-wire the headlights, too. that was one of the first things he talked about doing. i will have to look into the seat covers.

we found this deal through ebay and called the store to talk to them directly. when we felt they were a real store with a real deal we called all the dealers in southern wisconsin. we bought this one for $2300 (brand new 125cc). around here you can get a 49cc for $1999. the 125cc sells for $2999. but, one place here said they would sell us one for $2900. <whatever> no one was even close to toledo's price (even with our fuel of just under $100).

so, i took a day of vacation and we put the pups in the truck and off we went.

funny, there deals are so good right now, that there was another guy that showed up to pick up the motorcycle he just bought. he was from west virginia. ;)

i went and got my motorcycle permit (not the license, yet). so, now i can legally drive it on the road. i only got 2 questions wrong. :)

now dh has a challenge.. can he do better than me on the written test ????

Do you think you can out run the Disney po-po with it?
And will it fit on the trailer with the Golf Car?

Po-po = (Highly Trained Disney Security force)?

i had it up to 47 mph on the way to work. don't worry speed limit was 45 :). that was fast enough for me for a few days :). the speedo does go up to 70 mph. so, it will go more than that. just not sure if i want to go more than that :).

yes, the scooter and golf cart will fit on the trailer. we could probably get a couple scooters and bikes on it with the gc.
