I'm I getting the segmenting deal ??

Hello all,
We are going to AKV this coming July and wanted to add the deluxe dining plan for 3 nights only and then use the TIW for the rest of the days as we want more freedom as to where we go eat and we are getting the AP. Our first night is already a separate reservation because we have been waiting for a while now to get our first night in a 2 bedroom as we have the rest of our stay from day 2 to 10, but so far no luck!
so we have 2 value studios for the first night for now.
So we wanted to do the DXDP on night 1,7 and 9 with nothing in between.
How should I ask to get it segmented? Let's see if I got it right.
I was thinking if we stay in the studios the first night, that's already a separate one ,correct?
and then , they would do day 2-6 as another one and then day 9 as a separate one , and finally day 10 as antother one.
I will send an email. please let me know if I got it right!

The less segments the less chance for problems. Remember your DDP credits are good until midnight of your check out day. We are getting the Deluxe DDP for 2 days next month. We are eating at 1 signature and 4 other table service restaurants over 3 days, then we will be eating leftovers and home cooked meals to save a lot of money and not spend all of our vacation time focusing on eating. We can go out to restaurants at home and the Disney restaurants aren't really that special anymore.

With your plan you have separate room reservations on day 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10. That's 1 room change and 5 other check ins. I think that you are begging for trouble.
