Well it has been quite a month. I can't begin to describe everything I saw and did. We hiked, rode bikes, went whale watching, saw a moose or two, did Manhatten one day and went to the mother church in Boston just to name a few. New England was beautiful and I especially fell in love with New Hampshire. I love the Littleton area in the mountains. I could so easily live there. I plan to go back in the winter to see what it is like in the cold. I want to be sure to go back during the worst of the winter so I can see if I can handle it..HEHE
But it seems ideal. Golf in the summer, ski in the winter, great food, close to Boston and not to far from NYC..... I just loved it..
I will post an ablum sometime next week. My friend took a lot of pictures on her camera and I have to organize the two timelines into a workable record of the trip.
The trip was not without its downtimes of course. I got into a car accident in maine on the way to Boston and injured a man which was devasting. Luckily he is ok with just a few cracked ribs.... Side note to you guys.... NEVER EVER stand behind an RV that has its engine running because we CANT see you..... Especially if you are directly behind us out of site of the mirrors and windows....
I will put in my saga later... I mean many stories to tell.. There was the 1 mile hike that turned out to be 4 1/2 miles long... UGH Then there was the racoon incident where my friend decided that she could fly...HEHE
