I'm home from the hospital, one body part lighter

Well the gallbladder is gone! In it's place are 4 new holes. My tummy is looking like a road map. It wasn't as bad as the c-section so I'm feeling pretty good. Of course the pain pills are my best friends right now. Glad I don't have to go through this again! Hopefully there will be no complications. Thanks for all your good thoughts and wishes!

I'm glad the surgery is behind you. I had my appendix out a couple of summers ago, they took them out through my belly button. It took a while to heal, but before you know it you'll be enjoying the summer fun!

Glad you are home and your recovery goes well. I had my surgery done on a wednesday, came home on a friday and went back to work on a monday. I remembering thinking I could have used one more day to recuperate. Take it easy.
