I'm having trouble with my clipart

I'm sorry for having to post this as I know you get so many questions / problems concerning clipart. I have tried to follow all of the instructions which have been posted concerning clipart and still cannot get it right!

Can you please change it for me so that I don't get a box with a red cross!!
