I'm getting calls from myself

This happened to us once, it was crossed lines or something. I could dial my home land line from my house & get someone else.

Wait, is that even a line from When a Stranger Calls? Remember the original with Carol Kane as the babysitter? OMG freaked me out!

We have an email server in the house and I sometimes get lots of spam from my address on it.
