I'm getting a full blooded Maine Coon Cat and have a ques. male/female

Awww! Both those stories were beautiful! She will have 3 males so I will get to choose or should I say he will get to choose me. I can't wait but it will be at least 12 weeks from now. I sent off my deposit for him today! I can't wait!!

You know my rescue baby Cinders "picked me" by her picture. I was just looking at a websight and saw her face and it was like, thats my baby, thats it, she is meant to be mine. Sure enough that weekend I drove to Memphis and got her and she is something else!!

I sat in the grass with about 7 kittens and one would not leave me. She played with me, she played with my shadow, and I took her home.

I think letting them choose you is a wonderful idea. Good luck with your new fur baby.

I grew up with a full blooded male maine coon and he was the best cat I've ever owned. Sheffy (Sheffield) was a wonderful cat but he DID spray quite often. Other than the spraying, he was a perfect cat and terribly loving and protective. We swore he was a dog in a cat body.

Oh my gosh...are you in your new home already??!!! Or did you buy the new one for all your little critters? You sure do have lots & lots of love to offer them, don't you? They sure are lucky that they found you!

Anyway, I'd go with the female...just my 2 cents worth. Heck, take both!

Are you all settled in now? How's it working out? I've missed out on a lot lately being that my mother is very ill. (She also says to go with the female kitty!)
