I'm doing the Ketosis Happy Dance!

FINALLY! After two weeks and 3 days- I have registered in the "trace" catagory on the ketosis sticks! My feet are doing the dance of happiness. They just won't stop! Beanie, Katholyn, glo, Alex, John and everyone else- can you believe it?? I NEVER thought it would happen! OK- what's next??? I can hardly wait! I'm ready and willing now!!!!

I think once you are in ketosis, things do get better. The craving start to subside, and you get some energy. Also, you get the boost of knowing you are burning FAT!!!!Hugs...Congrats!

Kimball, I bought a bottle of 100 ketostix at our Rite Aid for 17.97. They also come packaged in smaller lots. The 100 count bottle is just the better buy.
