Still got my fingers crossed for you Nat, sometimes interview panels can't agree and need a little bit longer. If it's anything like the NHS the paperwork involved just for interviews was immense (incase anybody complained they were unfairly treated etc), they may have just run out of time to dot the i's and cross the t's......

When I applied for a job with my present employer, they let me know almost a week after they said they would and I still got it. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Oh Nat, I'm so sorry Did the panel give you any feedback as to why? I always think although it's no comfort at the time, it can help in the future when you want to re-apply

No, no explanation just the standard rejection letter ! im not too gutted my childminding is going really well at the moment and i had almost talked myself out of the job

As you say ive got the holiday to look forward too
