Sounds like a great natural progression from your current job.

I know somebody that gave notice to all her minded children before the summer due to the impact it was having on her family life, although her children are a lot younger than Matthew and Ellie. She had only taken babies for the last two years as her children couldn't cope with having fellow students from their school at home with them after school, I must say until she had these issues I never considered this part of childminding when I think about the service that you guys provide. She doesn't have a job yet and it struggling to find one. I think it's great that you can see your future changing and are preparing for it.
