I'm confused - Mexico pavilion restaurants

So now there are 2 TS & 2 CS restaurants there? I'm having trouble visualizing where 2 new restaurants would fit in there. Can somebody explain?

One TS inside (as always). The CS that was outside is now the site for both the new CS and the new TS.
