I bought the Tink one today to use with my laptop, for both an MP3 player and also to use to transfer data between my computer and laptop as it says you can do so. Well the front of the box says you can use SD/MMC cards and expand up to 1g, BUT the booklet says you can only use SD/MMC cards up to 512, so tell me how this is so... I will return mine if I can't use the 1g SD card I already have. Anyone?

I have no idea what you just said so I'm just going to bump this back to page one. Hopefully someone there can offer advice on this subject.

I bought 2, Tink and Mickey. I have tried every way I can think of to get either one of them to recognize a SD card. I have tried 2 different 512 MG cards that I know work. Tried to load player with blank card inserted per directions, - it put 30 songs on the player and nothing on the SD card. So I loaded the card in a Rio player, it played fine. I then put the card in the Disney player and nothing happened. I then called the telephone number on the instruction booklet that came with the Disney players. The man in some far away country insists that they make Disney TVs and Disney DVD players but NOT Disney MP3 players. I called 3 times, sure that if I could talk to the correct person they would know what I was talking about - nope. Next I called the Disney catalog telephone number. First CM was nice but couldn't help. Second time the CM told me that it was Targets problem because that was where I bought the players. I told her I did so because Disney would not ship for 2 weeks and we leave for WDW this Friday. She said don't call us - call Target. I told her all I want is a telephone number where they make the players. She finally gave me a number at Motorola. This made sense, I had a Disney telephone made by Motorola. I called Motorola. They gave me a number to call. It was the man in the far away country again - they said they still don't make Disney MP3 Players. I called the Disney number for the third time. This CM told me not to call Disney about my Target problem. I went to Target, the man there was really surprised when I showed him the display and asked for help. He didn't know Target sold Disney MP3 Players. This is my story. I'm thinking of returning the players.

Return them for an ipod. No other mp3 player is comparable IMO.
