We returned very late last night from our long trip. I'll post a complete report on the reports board, but here are a few resort highlights:
All Star Music, Jazz Inn -- had a third floor, corner room (2610) overlooking the courtyard with the fountain. We were three adults and had more than enough room. It was clean, quite and fun! I would definitely return.
Port Orleans Riverside, Oak Manor--had a first floor room (9064) overlooking another couryard with fountain. Port Orleans is still my favorite resort. This was our first stay in the Mansion section. It was lovely. My father-in-law felt like he was staying at the White House! Everything in the room was terrific.
Dolphin--had and 11th floor room (163) served by the West Elevator. The room was lovely, very spacious, nice bathroom, nice amenties, coffee maker, and for some reason they gave us a refrigerator! The view was wonderful--directly ahead was the Swan, to the right was Disney-MGM Studios and the left was Epcot. We didn't get to use the pools--it was too cool or raining the entire time we were there. Would I stay there again? Probably. Would I stay there again at the full price? No.
Port Orleans, Riverside, Alligator Bayou -- second floor, building 17 (1754). As always, everything was wonderful. Our room overlooked a garden and was next to the quiet pool (which we didn't use because, once again, it was too cool or raining the whole time we were there). The place was full of Pop Warner cheerleaders, but we thought they were very well-behaved and not a problem at all.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I'll be posting a full report, along with a TON of pictures (took more than 800!) very soon.
