Good for you. I am sure you will have a great time. I prefer WDW...there is so much more to do and more choices of places to stay.

You'll have to let us know if there any VMK going-ons when you return.

Better? Its a matter of perspective. as a resort WDW is better because it has so much more and so much more space. But if you compare one park to another like WDW MK to DLR MK almost everyone you talk to will say DLR wins hands down. The rides are better themed. You dont feel like your in a warehouse when you ride Small World and Pirates. On Buzz Light Year the guns come off the cart to shoot and at the end you can email your picture anywhere for free, Space mountain has music and you ride side by side and its a smooth roller coaster not jerky like WDW. The Haunted mansion ride feels so much longer at DLR and the Night mare before christmas over lay is fun to see too.

I really think they are both great places to go to in their own right. There are many things I prefer in WDW but to say its universally better is really a misjudgement I think. Little by little the same atractions can be found in one of the two parks that you find in Florida too. And if you ask me California weather is far superior to Florida heat and Humidity anyday!!

Hi bytheblood!! We will be at WDW from Dec.5-15!! This is our 2nd December trip - We absoutely LOVE experiencing Christmas at Disney World! Hope you have a great trip!!
