I can't tell you how many times I've fallen off the wagon only to come crawling back and then keep repeating the process. I'm just disgusted with myself mainly. I can't even bear to weigh in. I was in tears the other day looking for a black suit or dress to wear to my uncle's funeral. I know the weigh in part is going to be bad. I suspect I'm over 200. A number I swore I'd never let myself see. How do you all do it? How to get motivated and stay that way? I'm ready to start back but am scared of failing again.
I'm thinking of trying Oprah's Boot Camp but that is going to take alot of commitment. Should I start slow and then work my way up to following her regimins?
