I'm assuming no coast-to-coast opportunity for 2017 half runners?

Since the race cancelled (although so many of us ran anyway) are we ineligible for a coast to coast opportunity for 2017 if the 2017 half was our only WDW race?

Yes, I remember runDisney saying the cancelled half would count towards coast to coast.

I'm pretty sure there were people getting the medal at Star Wars and it wasn't just because of the full marathon. They are being kind about it.

Awesome, thanks! We did our 13.1 in the rain in the Boardwalk/HS and had a blast. Glad the cancellation won't keep us from the C2C medal.

I think runDisney made the best out of a bad situation here. Given the distance that some travel, taking away the C2C or other challenge events (Goofy, Dopey, Castle to Chateau) because they had to cancel the race would have been a PR nightmare.
