yes you do and you get next year too so making it 800 points for 2 years.

WOW that seems awesome. So could use developer points to book your first stay and bank this years. So you would have 400 this year and 400 next??!!!

Yes, that is one of the many ways people typically use developer points where it basically give people 2 years worth of enhanced vacation accomodations where you can upgrade to larger rooms, or invite friends and family down with multiple rooms, etc.

It really is a sweet deal! I just added 100 SSR and all toll really have 400 pts. with banking and developer points. 200 of which I do not have to pay dues on. Now I will sell 100 of our Vero Beach and save even more on my yearly dues and still have the same number of points plus the bonus points. Paid a little more for the points than back in 1998 but get more years out of it.

On the purchase of 100 points at AKV @ $104 per point = $10,400. You will receive 200 developer points. Lets say you rent all 200 @ $10 each for a total of $2000. Subtract that from original price = $8400 total paid for AKV. Essentially you paid $84 per point instead of $104.
Or you can use the points for vacations already booked and bank those points. What a great deal.
