Heather said i could use mine for up to 4 entrees OR get a free appetizer
i asked her what if others were members, and she wasnt sure. I was hoping that if we had several they would just give us a flat discount depending on how many of us there were.

i just got off the phone with Heather
we are all set!!
THe reservation for 11am and they open at 11am.
it is in my name Kelly and they have my phone number
we will be ordering off the regular menu
also for EVERY safari club membership card we bring we can get EITHER
a free appetizer or 10% off 5 meals
so if you are a member please bring your card so we can take advantage of that
I am a member and will bring mine

If anyone has any questions please let me know
I will be wearing my mickey ears black headband with the blue magic hat on it that day and my green DIS pin
If someone also would also like to volunteer to take my full name and phone number so if there are any problems I would appreciate it

Hello all!

I just found this thread today, and was wondering if it was too late to join in the fun. We leave for WDW the morning of the 26th, so this would be a great way to get an early start on our vacation.

If it's not too late, then we'd be a group of 5-- myself, my husband and our three kids (DS10, DS6 and DD2).

I will call Heather and add 5 more to the reservation tomorrow. Next week I will send out a PM to everyone on this list making sure you are attending. This way i can call Heather again with another update this way we dotn end up with a table for 50+ now and only 30 people. Heather isnt charging us for the places so I want to do right by her and she very much appreciates us taking the time to continually update her. thanks everyone i hope this wont be a problem

Thought I'd post a link to the Rainforest Cafe for those that have never been. (although most DISers have been, I'm sure)
Click on "Cha Cha" for menus and "Ozzie" for info on the Safari Club.
Also on Deb Will's site she lists the menu and prices. They're for AK and DTD Rainforest Cafes, but I'm sure the prices and selections are mostly the same being a "chain" restaurant!

Thanks to all who've worked to coordinate this-- I can't imagine trying to make plans with so many different people totally through posts to a thread like this! I have enough trouble coordinating my family to do something when we're all in the same room.
