A blusher is the veil that goes in front of your face. You know, for that dramatic moment when the father (or is it the groom) lifts the veil up and "exposes" the bride's face for the first time. I'm not having a blusher either... I'm doing the veil-under-hair thing. I think that makes things a lot simpler. Plus, if you're paying lots of money for an up-do, you might as well show it off!!

Growing up I went almost every other year. My family are all disney fanatics.. I do not think there are many of our friends that understand why we love Disney so much, but all I can say to them is that there are so many family memories there that how could I not love Disney!

I'm really enjoying reading your planning journal!!! The flowers are sooo pretty and I love your cake!! Your dress will look beautiful on you! (It's nice to see another bride with straps on the dress!)

Also, I must say, any engagement that combines the Sox and love is just PERFECT!!!!! I was born and raised in CT, but I was one of the few who were brought up properly to like the Sox!) What an awesome view at that game!! It looks like the pitcher was not Papelbon... that's too bad because it would've been a nice view! mmm mmmm mmm. hehehehe That's the only time I become momentarily distracted away from my fiance

Your Disneymoon is going to be a blast! I really like the Coral Reef. The food there is always good! Also, it might be a stretch $$ wise, but I would suggest trying Narcoosees at the Grand Floridian (instead of Victoria & Albert's) at night around the same time as the Wishes Fireworks. You can go watch them on the deck on the Seven Seas Lagoon and it's sooo romantic because they pipe in the music. I know they do the same at the Californian Grill, but I dont think Narcoosees is as expensive, but I could be wrong. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Disney!

Yep, click on the Edit button for that message. Then click on "Go Advanced" to bring up the big edit form (instead of the mini version you get by default). Then you'll have a form area where you can edit the title.

Okay... After thinking about it and talking to some friends I think I have decided on a hair style. And the winner is... (If the hair dresser can do it)

Here is a photo of the gift bag goodies I got for my Bridesmaids, Personal attendant and for my little nephews.

In each of my BM bags will be Their jewelery for the wedding (earings, necklace and Hair pins), Shower gel, lip gloss, flip flops, note pads made into their initial, bath salts, and travel nail files

For my personal attendent I got her a watch (inside reasons), sented candle, pad of paper in her initial

And for my nephews I got them Pads of PoTC paper, Glow stick bracelets, candy, crayons, coloring Pirates book, die cast helicopters and a diposable camera.

For my little niece who is an honorary flower girl, I got her an aligator that plays music, counts and has different sounding toys on it.. And I also got her a really great door hang that I am going to put her name on that looks like Cindy's Pumpkin carriage and an Upside down Mickey.

So I got tired of looking for shoes and have decided to go for flip flops... And here is my reason why! 1) I would never wear a white pair of dress shoes again and 2) I could not find a pair that I would be comfortable in for a while. So Flip Flops it is! LOL I found a really great white and blue pair made by Reef that I think I am going to get. I should get them ordered so I can be ready for my first dress fitting next weekend! WOO HOO!

DF decided on the pin stripe tux for everyone in the wedding party.. I am pretty sure everyone is going to look so sharp! lol

Thank you.. It was hard deciding a hair sytle because I am not the type of person to do a lot of curles since my hair can not hold them well. Plus I wanted to make sure it would look good with the tiara! Thank you for your nice comments though!

Okay, So I am wondering if I am the only soon to be bride that has had this Nightmare..

So I went for my first dress fitting yesterday and things went pretty good! (Sorry I did not take photos) But since I am so short we are having to take off 7 inches! YIKES! But here is where my nightmare starts.

Last night I was sleeping and I had a dream that when I went back for my dress fitting (Which for some reason at Animal Kingdom?) The seemstress had done some weird blue sash around the dress and then embroidered some weird BRIGHT blue design by the waist of my dress. I did not order it that way and I did not tell her to do anything different. SO when I went to try and remove the embroidery while I was at her shop it had dyed my dress blue I started crying and saying this is nothing like what I wanted.. Why would you ever change my dress...

But needless to say I was very happy when I woke up and realized it was just a dream... I was not going to be happy wearing a wedding dress with bright blue while my BM wore black with Pink...

Perfectly normal I had some crazy wedding dreams, too. Most of mine were too ridiculous to qualify as nightmares. I like that yours took place in the Animal Kingdom. Very funny.

I had to come over here to remember what dress you had picked out. BEAUTIFUL, by the way. I like when people don't get the typical strapless dress. Very cool.

And your perfectly normal, I've had some crazy dreams too. Mostly just about it being the day before the wedding and I STILL don't have a freakin dress. haha. But yea, I think it's normal. It's just stress.

Oh and I don't know if I mentioned it before, but I love your cake.

Thanks for the comment on the cake. We couldn't decide what pattern we wanted on the cake so we went with three different patterns. The woman wanted to do some basket weaving type look on the cake because that is her specialty.. But I was not a fan so we went a different way..

here is a little update on the plans:

So I got my shoes that I wanted for my wedding!! :applause: :cheerleader4: :thumbsup:

I am so excited!! Here is a photo of them. I got them from DSW, but they are made by skechers. They are a shoe for bike riding apparently but they were so comfortable that I had to have them. Plus they looked really cute! :yes:

I do not remember if I posted photos of my bouquet or not so here it is. And where you see that line of Tulips, those will be replaced with the bells of Ireland flower.

So we have three ADR's planned for our trip and I am sooooo excited!! Mostly because 2 of them are paid for (as long as we do not go over what they put on our honeymoon card for pricing!).

On Thursday October 25th we are heading off to the WCC for lunch, mostly because I have never been there and plus I want to go take a look around the resorts that day. We are hoping, that if we have the money for the MNSSHP that we can go to the party that night with my cousins that are going to be down in FL that week!

On Friday night we will be heading over to the Spirit of Aloha Dinner and will be enjoying ourselved with a nice dinner and a show! This has already been paid for by one of our family friends!

Then on Saturday afternoon I have a treat planned for DF. We are going to be having lunch at the Coral Reef, and while we are dining I have arranged for a diver to come by in the tank and hold up a sign that says:“Thank you for the best gift in the World. Forever and Always, Your Stacy I’ll be. “
And we will also be having personalized menus for the meal that will have photos of the two of us! I am soooo excited.. Mostly because the Diver and the Personalized menus are FREE!!! That is right.. FREEBEE!!!! WOO HOO!
