Illuminations?

Visiting Epcot in October. Plan to have dinner there and have read all the wonderful reviews about the Rose & Crown and how you can watch the Illuminations.

Are there any other restaurants in the World Showcase where you can view Illuminations during dinner?

AFAIK only R&C and Cantina de San Angel, the counter service place at Mexico. R&C during Illuminations is like CRT for breakfast, i.e. very difficult to get, and probably more trouble than it's worth.

I understand that if you have a window seat at Matsunoma Lounge in Japan, you can see Illuminations too. But this is not a sit-down restaurant and is only on a first-come first served basis.
