Illuminations/ Wishes Cruise Central For January & February

Hi There! Looking for anyone who might have 3 last minute seats open for an Illuminations cruise Friday Feb 20th, Tuesday the 24th or Wednesday the 25th. This would be me, DH and DS 9 years old - very well behaved and has been on the cruise before. Thanks!!!:cool1:

I just returned from WDW yesterday and I wanted to say that the Wishes cruise we took was one of the best things I have ever done at Disney (been there about a dozen times)

We had the Platinum package (great deal at 25% off!) and it included one fireworks cruise. We chose Wishes. There was no one else booked for our night (the boat took up to 8 people) so my son and I were alone with the captain (and someone who was being trained) The sound from Wishes was broadcast on the boat. It was a beautiful evening and we were very cozy wrapped in blankets.

The fireworks were spectacular.

I highly recommend doing this cruise. Take the boat with the music though. You really can't hear it from the park!

Our boat had blankets, but I don't know if that is standard. It may be up to the captain.

Hi... Can anyone send me the link for the September Illuminations Cruise? I did this last year and it was a success. The link from last year has been closed so I am trying to find the new one to coordinate dates for this Sept. I appreciate any help you could give. THANKS!!!:cheer2:

Vanessa, there probably is no link. I had to start this thread myself and have been unable to get any moderator's attention to link it to the main info thread for Fireworks cruises. My best advice is to start one yourself and post on this thread and the other one that you started it.

Family of four (me, wife, sons ages 5 and 8). Wife and son have birthdays on Feb. 12. Do you still have space? I can't pm or email because I don't have enough posts.
Are you looking for an IllumiNations cruise on Thu. Feb. 12 itself???

We have reservations for that night. The boat fits 10. I haven't really pursued sharing it, since I'd only want a family similar to ours, so the kids would have a decent time. Our son's 9th birthday will be 2 weeks away, and we have a 6 year old daughter.

Let me know if you're interested by posting back here. With tax, the cost is something like $319.20 or thereabouts, so splittling the cost would be fair.

I'll check back here from time to time.

:wave2: Does anyone have room for 3 on a cruise on the 7th or 10th? It will be myself, my dh and our dd4. *fingers crossed*

Thanks

Hi CleveRocks. I was able to book a Wishes cruise but I may cancel it and do the Illuminations instead. Could spend the savings elsewhere. Is yours a "Celebration" cruise with the decorations? I'm thinking of having cake and ice cream delivered for the cruise also. I still only have 5 posts so you can't contact me via pm. How do we exchange contact info?

been trying to secure an illuminations cruise on the 23rd Feb but have had no luck, does anyone have any space for 2 adults?

How many posts are needed to do PMs? If it's 10, maybe go to the "test" board and blow a few off there. That way, since it's a "test" board, you won't be clogging up a thread, and so on.

I sent you a PM, just in case you are able to RECEIVE one, and for us to test out if you can respond to one sent to you ... you never know!

Would prefer the Premium cruise. We are 2 adults and 2 kids - girls ages 8 and 3. Anyone have extra room for us?

2 college age kids looking for Illuminations cruise on feb 19! pm me if you would be interested in adding to your boat.

Still looking to join an Illuminations Cruise (wishes would be 2nd choice) any night Feb 2nd - 8th :) We are two super cool, super friendly gals that would love to share in your good time!

Oh, and one more thing, we won't pull a "no-show" either :thumbsup2 That's not nice and I've seen it done before, leaves the host/ess with a very expensive cruise.

Karen,

Thanks so much for replying back. I guess I will just wait a couple more months and get closer to time and post it then.

Thanks!!!
