Hey gang, one last inquiry. We leave Wed, Aug 15 (DW and DD left on the train this AM ). We would love to share a cruise and make new friends (and lower expenses ), if anyone has room. We are 4 : Dme, DW, DD (9), and DS (15). we will be there from the 15 -24, and the only date not open is the 21st (P and P). Thanx again !!

I have reserved an Illuminations Cruise for 11/11. So far its only my wife and I. We will gladly fill in the seats and split cost if you are intrested. The CSR said the boat can carry 10.

I know this is very last minute and I might have better luck winning a stay in the castle but.......

Would anybody have space on an illuminations cruise for 2 well behaved adults? The days we would like to go are 8/22, 8/24 or 8/28 but may be able to move stuff around to go inbetween those days. Thanks.

I did call IPO..and nothing was available for my dates. I was fully aware that I would have to pay for this as well

For anyone who has taken the pontoon boat, how was the view of the fireworks? Doesn't the boat have a canopy that would block the view? Also, can you see all the laser show stuff on the boat or just the fireworks?

The canopy covers only the back half of the boat, and unless it's raining, the canopy is folded up. Either way, it's not in the way. Yes, you can see the lasers.
You can see most all of the show, you cannot see a couple of the countries, like Japan, Morocco, France, and Canada. But the boats face directly at the center of the action, the flame barge and the globe.

i know this is very short notice but we are at WDW from 18th Aug to 1st Sept (3 of us) from the UK and if anybody has space or if someone cancels on you we would be interested in either wishes or illuminations cruises

According to WDW-PLAY, 10 guests total (the driver makes 11).
Includes children and infants.
Everybody must be seated properly on the boat, no floor, lap or cooler sitting allowed.

I have the 8 passenger Wishes cruise reserved for September 6th sailing from the Grand Floridian.

There is room for 4 more, as it is only myself, dh, and ds 6 and dd 4 right now.
