I'm interested in joining your cruise, but I believe it's only possible for us financially if it's a full boat. My husband and I are celebrating both our 10 year wedding anniversary and my 30th birthday at WDW, and the date of your cruise is our last day in the parks. It would be the perfect ending to our much anticipated celebration trip!
Please let me know what your space looks like, and please don't be offended if we have to decline due to a small number of people splitting the cost.

Hi guys, I have a question I was wondering if someone could help me with.

So when you book a cruise and someone says they are going to join you, when is it customary for them to pay you for their seats? I'm just concerned that I will book one, someone will say they're coming and then they don't show up and I'm stuck paying the amount they were supposed to cover. Do guests coming on your cruise usually pay beforehand and then just meet you at the site of the boat or do groups usually pay together at the end? I'm not sure if anyone has any experience with this but if someone could reply to me that would be great. Thank you!

Whoever books the cruise is on the hook for payment because the reservation is secured with a credit card and there's a 2-day cancellation policy so if the other party doesn't show up, and hasn't paid you in advance, there's not much you can do except maybe bring them to small claims court for violating a written contract (assuming you get something in writing) but that's hardly worthwhile for less than $200 (since a cruise costs about $375).

We have a cruise booked for Saturday, June 26th and there's only 4 of us so I suppose we could offer to split with someone but I personally would just do it on trust. If the other party doesn't show up it's not going to ruin my enjoyment of the cruise. If I was really worried about 'losing' ~$185 when I'm already paying thousands of dollars for a Disney vacation, I wouldn't book the cruise but I respect those who would feel differently.

We just met and paid at the boat. We gave cash to the lady that booked the cruise.
