Hello, everyone! Haven't been on the boards for a long while. Hope everyone is doing well! We just booked a western in Aug 2016 (first time for that itinerary. Does anyone have an suggestions for excursions etc?

Hey there stranger! Glad to see you stopped by and revived this old thread! I do not like these "new" boards and only check them when there's absolutely nothing else I need to be doing! lol

I like hearing about cruisin'. Planning is not as fun without you all on the same ship....congrats on the big 6*0 for Kevin and what a spectacular way to cruise. We did Alaska last year and had a blast - so far to go to get on the ship however....so where do we want to go next?????

How about the Med in April 2016? 12 days on one of the new Vikings Oceans ships. Price was the same as we paid for the 10 day Christmas cruise back when, and it includes air! Only catch, we had to pay in full last December.

Scuba Diver, are you still diving? Kevin is leaving for Fiji next week. I'm hoping he will still be willing to fly to Europe after that trip. Our longest flights have been to Hawaii and that's been a while. But we already PAID.

Greetings all....I miss the old thread as well and the fun times we had chatting leading up to a cruise, our cruise, your cruise - anyone's cruise, it doesn't matter....Jim -- I think I still have a bottle of doublescoop wine in the cooler - it might need that decanter.

Suzanne, a med cruise - how fun....we have never done that - maybe next year....I could dream. By the way your daughter has grown into a beautiful young lady.

I spent all my DVC points on our upcoming cruise (of a lifetime)....we are heading across the Atlantic.....to Denmark. It should be MAGICal. Wish I could take all of you with us.

Gosh Diana - even though you don't dive I think I'd be on the flight to Fiji - what an opportunity.

All is well here....we had a trip to the Western Caribbean last November - no diving...we had thought of it but Sam was not sure he wanted to haul the gear and it turned out to be the right decision as we had bad diving weather. Plus we took a cave tour that was spectacular. The Jamaican Bobsled was a thrill. Still, a 7 night cruise is not long enough. Or at least on the new ships, they are so large and there is so much to see and do.....

Well it is time for me to get up and walk, the coffee is gone, the day is young and it is dark. YAWN. Whose idea was this time change anyway???
