Nothing at all booked after the first of October......but I only have a couple of weeks between each trip all summer.

I changed my Alaska countdown timer. I'd had it set for the day we leave (tomorrow) but it I think I had the wrong time or something, because it said zero days..... I know, I'm losing it.

Gonna hit the shower and then try to go to bed. It just got dark outside, so this feels weird! The alarm will ring at 3:00. ScoopieII is already in the car, ready to go. He said he can't wait to go to the top of the Space Needle on Saturday.....he may be going without ME!
We'll be checking in periodically.

Mary....I LOVE THAT!!! If I saw that guy up here, I think I'd cry!! (missing him)

Scoopie2 is here with me....no idea where Scoopie1 is. He hid in my backpack all day, said something about the rain making him melt!

It is chilly, and rained lightly all day, but we still were out there touring all day. Very interesting old buildings, the Underground Tour was awesome...and love the view of the port from our hotel window.
Going up to the Space Needle tomorrow....hope Scoopie2 likes it!

Hi guys - hope Laura and Stacey and Scoopie 2 and family are having fun in Alaska - look for the Mickey dud that Mary mentioned ok?

Maggie - are you ready to let Scoopie travel again? This time for a wedding how fun.

Jim, Sam, Lisa and I had a mini dismeet yesterday under the sea, as the song goes. Great first dive --- note to self....remember that a great first dive at depth leads to a short second dive. We missed seeing Sharon but we'll catch up soon.....Like on the wedding cruise.

Hi there!!
I typed a long post on Monday only to have it disappear into the netherworld, then lost my connection, so I gave up.

In a nutshell......this is the most beautiful place I've ever seen. Just awesome. It helps that our weather has been outstanding. Hot today, in fact....77° in Skagway. Unbelievable!

REALLY enjoying this ship. Not crazy about the food in the main dining rooms, but it's good everywhere else. The buffet has stations that cook food fresh, and it's actually really good. The indoor 24-hour cafe is good.

Seems weird to be in the Internet Cafe and hear the bowling just a few steps down the hall. Haven't gone yet, maybe tomorrow when we're in Glacier Bay all day.

Let's see....what else? Oh....we've seen plenty of seaplanes, but no Mickey!
Saw about 8 whales yesterday. They are HUGE. Humpbacks. Then went to Mendenhall Glacier, very awesome.

Today we toured a brothel, rode us bus to Canada, then got on the narrow gauge back down to Skagway. GREAT tour!!

Off for now....I miss everyone. See you soon!!
